The capsules are easy to take, and I appreciate that it’s USP pharma grade with added Vitamin C ester for better absorption. I was taking these daily but my urine sometimes was dark blue sometimes light blue and then today it had no blue. When I went to take another pill tonight I noticed that you can actually see the difference in each pill some have a definite dark blue hue some just a little and some just brown. This makes me wonder how well they are tracking what they’re making and whether or not there is a quality check.
