2020
The Research
Nutricel was born in 2020, amidst a global health crisis. It began with Keith Humphrey researching publicly available studies and data showing potential treatments for COVID.

2021
Handel Joins
In 2021, Handel Humphrey joined and began testing products on himself. After initial testing, both recognized the value of ivermectin, fenbendazole, and methylene blue to mitigate health issues.

2022
A Family Loss
After receiving the unapproved vaccine, Ben Humphrey (Handel's uncle) rapidly succumbed to a pre-existing brain cancer and died in 2022.
Turning to Methylene Blue
John Humphrey (Handel's grandfather) also suffered a rapid onset of dementia after receiving the unapproved vaccine. Methylene blue was used to mitigate his symptoms and prolong his life until he passed away in 2025. Methylene blue was also used successfully to treat Carol Humphrey (Handel's grandmother) for a recurring UTI.
A Bigger Mission
The pain and frustration from the failure of modern medicine sparked a bigger mission. Handel and Keith realized methylene blue was a safe and effective alternative medicine which could be used as a nootropic and anti-parasitic without a prescription required.

Nutricel launched on Amazon in December 2022. In 2023, Handel began marketing it on Amazon and other channels.

Handel's Recovery
In 2024, Handel suffered 2 concussions due to a mental health crisis. He used methylene blue to self heal, along with counseling and professional care. His doctor reported his concussions had fully healed within one year.

By 2025, the Joe Rogan episode catapulted Nutricel's brand in front of 12 million active users searching for methylene blue on Amazon. As one of the only listings on the site, and the first capsule form of methylene blue on the market, Nutricel exploded in popularity.
