1 tablet makes me pee blue-green for days

It seems to me the strength on these tablets are rather strong. I am recently switching from the liquid drops due to the staining issues, to these tablets. With the liquid drops, I did 10 drops in a glass of water every morning. My pee would only be blue green for only 24 hours. With these tablets, it's still blue green several days later. Wondering if anybody else has had that issue, and if perhaps I should take one tablet every other day, or every three days. Other than that, I love methylene blue, has worked wonderfully for me on my mood, mental clarity, and energy.

The capsules are easy to take, and I appreciate that it’s USP pharma grade with added Vitamin C ester for better absorption. It's crazy to think... but it's working!!!

The Methylene Blue Pharmaceutical Grade Capsules (60 ct) Had me skeptical at first... I'm always willing to try something new for my health and yours. These looked interesting so I decided to try them... When I received these it came with a warning card and I was like hum??? So I looked up more info on this product and began to see it's a "Thing" So I went ahead and started with only 1... Oddly enough I felt weird for a few minutes and then... I honestly had some clarity and more energy. I'm like I must be tripping as I never usually get instant results ever... But after some use and small increase... I've noticed my focus and energy seem so much clearer and higher. So I would say this is a good quality product and effectively works!!! I suggest to start off slow and work your way up to the 3 daily as recommended.

I started doing methylene blue in the liquid dropper form - but I wanted to try this capsule form after reading some of the reviews. I have to say I much prefer these capsules. The capsules are small and easy to take - and no blue tongue. Your Pee will be deep blue. At least mine is. I like the enhanced absorption and the addition of vitamin c and the cacao which also supports prostate health. I actually do feel more ‘energized’ - not in a caffeine sort of way, but a younger sort of way - like how you felt at 20. Waking up and just jumping out of bed. More focus, clarity. So, I was taking another brand of USP methylene blue in a dropper - but I think I’ll stay with this brand, in the capsules.

This product in the form of capsules have Nattokinase, Tumeric, Bromelain, NAC, Zeolite and Pharmaceutical Grade Methylene Blue. All these substances have been researched to promote healthy cell metabolism and energy balance. I was most interested in Nattokinase and NAC (N-Acetylcysteine). Those two supplements are especially good in promoting heart and blood health and I have been taking them separately for many years. They also known to elevate energy. LET'S MAKE THE BLUE PEE WARNING MORE PROMINENT

After researching mushrooms, I've begun taking them as supplements & have been trying quite a few. I liked the blend of mushrooms here & was previously unfamiliar with methylene blue but curious to give the combo a try.The capsules themselves are easy to swallow & have no taste or smell that I could detect. After a few days of starting these I did get quite a scare though, pure blue urine. I'm not even sure if I noticed it right away because my husband has a habit of using those blue toilet bowl cleaners but I had no idea what the heck was happening once I did. Maybe most people are familiar with methylene blue & I'm just ignorant but it took me several hours of scouring the internet with various forms of the question "why is my pee completely blue?" I came across methylene blue as the cause, it was NOT easily located or prominent in any of my search results. I looked at the bottle & eventually found it 3/4 of the way down in teeny tiny font "blue urine is normal & expected". I highlighted it in my included picture. Can you read that? Because I barely could & was surprised it wasn't listed more prominently or in the photos or "about this item" section of the Amazon listing.

Great combination of mushrooms!

Nutricel Supplements Methylene Blue (USP Grade) with Mushroom Extracts has so many health benefits and I like that it combines 6 different mushrooms. I have been researching the health benefit of mushrooms and I have been interested in trying them to improve my overall well-being and increase my energy. This product helped me achieve both.The capsules are on the medium to large end. They are easy to swallow with no scent or taste. I don’t know if it’s common with mushroom supplements but I could not find a manufacturer or expiration date on this bottle. So I’m not sure of its shelf life. I can say that I didn’t experience any adverse reactions and I enjoyed using the product.

Slight Blue Boost!

I have been taking the Nutricel "blue boost" for a few weeks. No side effects of any sort. I was a little worried because someone posted in their review here that it gave them a stomach ache. When taken one at a time with a meal or coffee, that has not been the case with me. As for effectiveness, I have been taking this along with Rhodiola Rosea capsules also purchased on Amazon at the same time and do notice a SLIGHT boost in metal clarity and energy. It may help your immune system also. A few weeks ago there was a flu going around at work. A few of my closest coworkers got it and missed a lot of work. I started this supplement at the same time and so far I have been fine, despite being in close quarters with them. I normally just take one a day, I didn't notice any increased benefits by doubling up except it turned the urine blue. Product seems to be high quality. As for value its not cheap, but when taking one capsule a day it should last almost two months. Update: After 2 months there is a noticeable positive effect after finishing the bottle. I am not taking more than one a day most of the time. Sometimes I double up if I miss a day, but not aways. I like to cycle any supplements that are not vitamins so I will stop but will come back to this brand after a few months for a new cycle.

Good supplement for cognitive health

This supplement was easy to take with no aftertaste. I was waiting for the supposed blue urine, but it did not happen, for better or worse. I had never tried taking any supplement with Methylene Blue before, but I had read quite a bit about the anti-aging cognitive benefits and possible skin benefits. After taking this, I can say that I feel a little boost from it (and missing a day was noticeable). I do not know if this can really help prevent a cognitive decline, but I did feel like I was a little clearer and had a bit more energy. I will continue to take this, recommend. I hope that this helps.

Actually pretty good

This supplement seems to indicate that the methylene blue is the main character, but in fact the more diverse ingredients make this a more well rounded general health supplement with methylene blue as a supporting role. The bottle is a well sealed glass and the ingredients are undoubtedly legitimate, containing cocoa and vitamin c in addition to a small and safe amount of methylene blue. The capsules have no flavor, though perhaps the slightest scent of cocoa, and are easy to swallow. No side effects to mention other than slightly green urine, and this does seem to inspire an energizing effect on the days I've taken it.

Easy Methylene Blue Supplement

I have been taking Methylene Blue for several months. It is really good for your overall health & well being. I like Methylene Blue for its antiviral properties, cell protection and mental focus & clarity. These Methylene Blue capsules are the way too go! So much better and easier than the liquid which can stain your lips blue. This MB with vitamin C is very good. It does make a difference in the effectiveness and it seems too act faster. Dosage is easy just 1 capsule daily.

These are capsules so they melt in the stomach and you don’t have to worry about blue mouth. But the best thing is they only have 12 mg methylene blue per capsule. The study I saw shows anything more than 15 isn’t any more effective. It also has vitamin C ester which is also needed to make the mb more effective. Then it has organic cacao powder which I know is a good thing but I don’t know what it has to do with the efficacy of mb. I need to read more I guess. But the most important thing is that I have noticed my memory has improved and I seem to have more energy. At 73 years old that’s a miracle!

Focused

I’ve been taking this product for four months daily. My dose I determined is 1/3 (one-third) capsule. My body weight is a healthy 240 lbs and I am 71 years young. I have observed, greater instantaneous energy to move the body around and do work. My mentality while using MB is transparent at this dose. I only notice the MB when I win, genius(ly), at Chess on Saturdays or I finish my daily tasks, reflect how well I feel. I can compare it to the first hour of a friendly cup of coffee but lasting all day. If you try this product for the first time, I recommend one takes the capsule apart and dose at 1/3 increments.

Effective, but take it slow on dosage.

It seems to work for me. I can feel the energy increase. I’d start with only 1. I took 2 and it was a bit too much. But overall a noticeable improvement in the constant exhaustion that I’d been struggling with. So far I’ve used for 2 months and no reduction in that effect. Often I find supplements help and then become less effective as you build a tolerance, but this one has been consistent. Bonus of blue pee. It’s now more fun to write my name in the snow.

I really like the product after 1 day.

I've only taken one pill but the first thing I noticed was it seemed I was getting more oxygen in my system. I didn't notice a huge energy boost at first because I took a mushroom supplement with it that was really relaxing. Once the mushroom supplement wore off I definitely noticed a massive influx of energy and mental focus. I'll probably take my mushroom supplement in the evening from now on. My pee was green/ blue like many others, I did not experience headache or nausea or awkward smells like one reviewer but everyone is different.

MB works!

Methylene blue is hard to describe. The 1st time you take it kinda feels like you just arrived for the 1st morning, on a beautiful Caribbean vacation. Excitement, butterflies, vibrant colors. You get less of that intensity as time goes on from MB, but you’re still more focused, mental clarity, upbeat. It’s unlike any illicit drug, or pharmaceutical. It’s a clean feeling, with no “come down”. I will say, don’t take MB b4 bed, ya probably won’t sleep much. I take it in the morning. And don’t need to drink nearly as much coffee. The bluish urine is a thing, but on one capsule per day most people would notice only a slight change in urine color.Imagine micro dosing the most infinitesimal microscopic amount of psylocybin. Thats about the only way I can explain the affects. The only thing I don’t like about MB is I’ve yet to hear anybody truly explain why it actually works. All I know is that it does.

So much easier taking 1 capsule each morning than messing with liquid.

I am a fan of methylene blue but don’t like the mess of using it from a liquid in a bottle. It is much easier to use these capsules, still effective. Gives me a bit of natural energy, no jitters. I can tell it works from my greenish blue pee. I put them on auto subscribe. I tried the same brands Blue boost but like this one better, either the dosage or the other ingredients this one just seems to work better.

Vitamin B Side Effects?

I am kind of on the fence with this product. I am having some B-vitamin type side effects after taking this stuff and I don't take B vitamins. My urine is very blue, which is common with this product, but it is also VERY STRONG smelling. I honestly have to take 2 showers a day and my under clothes are so strong smelling by the end of the day, I have to change them. I get up 1 time to pee in the night and forget it - those have to be changed and a shower again.AND - I drink lemon juice all day in water which is supposed to counteract urine smell.Everywhere I have looked, there is 0 mention of this (other than the blue urine) with methylene blue BUT it is aside effect with B12 and B1 and B6, which I have to say, this product makes me feel like I have had a Vitamin B shot. Funny taste in my mouth, lots of energy, headache side effect some times and can get easily irritated. I do like the feeling though but man, the smell and the B Vitamin type reaction I am having....No ingredient listed can cause it save high dosages of cocoa powder but 235mg is not a lot, not enough to run your self into the shower after just a few hours cause you smell like old people pee and your pants are starting to get ripe after only a few hours. Something's not adding up here...

Not the magic bullet I thought it would be

It pains me to say this because I have used MB for over a year in the hope that it would act as a prophylactic to prevent another recurring UTI. I gave it three tries when after several months I needed treatment for a new infection that had no symptoms except a crashing blood pressure (shock) due to an unexpected acute infection. 60 mgs/day does not work. I do know though that a low dose offers improved mental clarity and increased energy levels. So I will still be buying a bottle every two months.

Heavier than necessary dose

This seems to be genuine methylene blue, my urine turned blue pretty much within several hours of taking it, but I would argue the dosage seems a bit aggressive for microdosing purposes. I was hoping to take around 4 mg and foolishly didn't read the label before purchasing, these are 12 mg a capsule, which I think is what the root cause was of the massive headache that followed. Slept better, but maybe it's because I went to bed so early to avoid the headache. Not sure if it really benefitted me anywhere else, but again, it was my first use, and the headache took over any changes I could've perceived. Unsure if I'm going to continue with this source, or methylene blue at all.

Inaccurate dosing ???

After hearing about this I decided to try it. I first bought the troche from another company but couldn't deal with the staining and mess it made. So I looked to capsules and bought this brand. I couldn't believe how well it worked .... have two say I did not expect much but it really made a difference in energy and focus, etc. Also, it was nice nothing turned blue except my urine.However .... the last two days my urine is as clear and normal looking as it was before trying . I tried doubling the dose and same deal - what the hell happened ?? Only explanation I can figure is some capsules have meth blue it andsome do not. I have two thirds of a bottle left ... I guess it's a guessing game of what I'm getting.I'm going to empty some caps in water and see ... There are two other ingredients in these caps so I assume the last few I had just these things and no 'Blue'. Accident while capping the stuff or a scam ?I was a believer until today ... will be looking for another brand because I'd like to continue since when I was getting the 'Blue' I noticed a difference.

I really like how this supplement gives you the option to take methylene blue without turning your mouth bright blue. Beyond the methylene blue, they’ve also included powerhouse ingredients like beef liver and critical minerals. The serving size is only one capsule - it must be powerful because I feel awesome (and definitely more focused) after consistently taking this. I was interested in this supplement for the lower dose of 6mg Methylene Blue per capsule and because I don't care for the liquid kind. I like that this supplement is also combined with Grass Fed Beef Liver Extract, NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine) Copper, Magnesium BisGlycinate & Vitamin C. It's important that it's manufactured in the USA and Third Party Tested for my peace of mind. Serving size is one capsule and you get a 60 day supply. The price is good. I haven't noticed any changes since taking this supplement. I will continue to take this supplement until I'm finished and decided if i should continue with this Methylene supplement.

Easier way to take methylene blue, but costly

I have taken methylene blue on and off for the past few months in my experimentation and in cycling off supplements periodically, but I had not tried this brand. I like that the capsules come in a glass bottle which was sealed internally and externally. The dosage recommendations are 6 capsules, however, which means this bottle doesn't last long. I cannot say much about the effectiveness of these because I haven't taken them consistently for more than a few days. Some people remark that methylene blue will give them energy and other benefits immediately, but I am not one of those individuals. I do think this is a quality product and prefer the capsule form because the liquid can cause discoloration of teeth and skin. The capsules do not cause this. This is an expensive product in my opinion, so if you're on a budget, you may want to comparison shop or consider other forms of methylene blue. No digestive upsets have occurred from this product and capsules are easy to swallow with a little water.

A good quality Methylene Blue supplement complex with extra beneficial ingredients!

Methylene Blue pharma grade supplement! I have been looking for a Methylene supplement complex with Turmeric and this one also has Bromelain and Nattokinase! These are all things I have taken separately in the past, but all in one. This is a high-quality product. I was able to obtain 3rd party testing info. The product is packaged well and arrived with little to no product release from capsules in the bottle during shipment. There is no foul odor or weird taste. I have been happy with the product since I started taking it 3 weeks ago. If anything, it is a little expensive, but there are not a lot of viable Methylene Blue supplements out there. My energy levels, focus, and concentration are enhanced after taking it a couple weeks. I find it highly effective and delivers on its promise.

A good aid

Methylene blue was my first run at trying it. To be frank, there was a slight difference, and I noticed it within the second week. According to some internet reads, you take it for 5 days and take 2 days off. I noticed that I would be in school all day, I would be tired physically, but mentally, I could continue reading and studying. I did take it in conjunction with other supplements that also have a synergistic effect. Its a good dose also, have not gone above 7mg.

0.5mg per kg is where the magic starts

I am a skeptic by nature but I read so much about it I had to try it. I am a dirty carnivore, no seed oils, minimal fruit and fat first eater. My workouts are fast hiking in mountainous terrain where I live and strength training. I started with 2 capsules and the second day felt a mild sharpening but nothing profound. Most information says the magic starts at 0.5mg per kg. This was true for me. At 4 capsules it went from “oh this is nice” to “wow”. My workouts are incredible, hiking endurance is MUCH improved and my wind is so much better. The O2 exchange isn’t hype. This product may not do anything for you, but it is fantastic for me. Well worth a couple of bucks per day.

Don't Mind the Blue Urine

I was a little scared to take a Methylene Blue product because it was "Blue" and it turns your urine blue. VERY blue. I tried it at the advice of a well known health advisor. HE has taken it for a year. He said it was a Game Changer. I've been taking it for a couple of months. I think it IS a game changer. I'm healthy -- even when I pull an all-nighter at least once a week. Now, I know one isn't supposed to do that. I'm just about 74 & I only have a limited amount of time to make a difference in this world. I don't want to go to sleep when I'm busy concentrating. My Momma ain't alive to make me go to bed anymore. So, I do what I want. Anyways, there are a ton of good effects from taking this. I highly recommend.

Beats the drops!

I have been using this for about a week now. Have taken 2 a day for 4 days....one day off...and then start again. 2 pills = 24mg. I used drops previously. To get that many milligrams I had to use 96 drops! The taste of the liquid is awful and these guys have no task at all.My energy level is just as I would expect and what I have experienced with the drops. I figured I could get a little over a month out of one bottle. So this is more cost effective than the drops for me and my mouth isn't blue.

This particular brand is providing a quality product with quality control lab testing to ensure you are getting what is advertised. I always used the liquid MB and wanted to try capsule form to get away from blue tongue. This brand was the only out of 3 different capsule brands that seemed to have MB in it. We all know urine turns blue from MB. Other brands listing identical quantities did not. Nutricel yielded the same blue color urine as the liquid form. Ordered several more bottles. Product is as advertised and I would recommend if in the market for MB.

I like the capsule formulation. It is a lot less messy, then blue powder form.

I am happy with these low dose capsules. I broke open several of the brown capsules and put them into a white face cream. I wanted to test this man-made medicinal dye on my skin to ensure I did not have an allergic reaction, before ingesting a capsule.To my delight, the capsule's ingredients did turn a deep blue when mixed into the white skin cream, and exposed to air oxidization, indicating that the capsules most likely do contain methylene blue.Also, there are skin creams that tout containing low amounts of methylene blue, due to its skin improving benefits. So I put some of the now blue skin cream on my face at night for about four hours, the cream turned, blue-green. Then I washed it off. The blue-green color washes off easily, it did not stain my skin smurf blue. I did not have an allergic reaction.As another poster pointed out, the dose per capsule of 7 MGS, is low in comparison to the per kilogram dosages, as suggested in some anti-aging clinical trials. And far lower than the medicinal dosages provided in hospitals for various serious health conditions. One kilogram is equal to about 2.2 pounds.Still, I wanted to start with a low dose to ensure I had no uncomfortable side effects. I can always bump up to a more affordable powder form at a higher dosage and mix it in water, if I want to. Some, users however, propose that for them, very low doses are seemingly effective for anti-aging or beneficial brain effects, and some even recommend taking a low dose every other day.On an interesting note: Leucomethylene blue is the colorless chemically reduced form of Methylene blue. Unique Formula - No Additives

This is an interesting supplement. I have taken pharmaceutical Methylene Blue drops a few times “when needed” over the past five years but have never taken it as part of a multi-ingredient product.Those other active ingredients include Zeolite, NAC, Turmeric, Nattokinase, Bromelain, and Black Pepper... all of which I take or have taken as individual supplements. In fact, I have taken NAC, Turmeric, and Bromelain daily for at least 20 years. I would be interested in seeing research that shows some type of synergistic response from taking all of these together.The dosage instructions are unique... you are supposed to take six capsules in the morning for five days and then repeat in a couple of weeks. It doesn’t indicate if you are supposed to take it with just water or with food.The only other ingredient is the capsule... so no fillers or flow agents. The capsules are small and easy to swallow with no real odor or taste.The bottle states this is made in the USA, but doesn’t say anything about lab testing, or whether it is made in a GMP certified or FDA inspected facility.

Improving absorption with distilled water

I wasn't getting much out of this product. However, I decided to empty the capsule into a glass, add distilled water and wait 20 minutes to drink it. It made a huge difference. I got the feeling of energy and focus I was looking for. My urine was definitely bluer. Great way to improve absorption and get the benefits.

Not sure about manufacturer

When I initially received these I noticed the capsules are brown, not blue. The brown is likely from the cocoa powder that is mixed in. I took my dose of 2 a day for the past 2 weeks and I have noticed only that my urine is bright blue. So I do believe there is methylene blue in the pills. My only real concern is that the manufacture Nuticel is not to be found anywhere other than I found a trademark application for Jan of 2024 . I do see a website on the label [www.vitarunner.com](https://www.vitarunner.com) but that site is a company that appears to offer the manufacturing of vitamins from 3 parties for a small fee, so they are not the company behind the capsul ingredients. There is no phone number anywhere to be found to call if you have any issues which has me concerned about the validity of what I’m taking.Other than those concerns, I do believe this may be the best method of taking MB as it’s in a capsule form and doesn’t stain anything. It definitely makes my urine bright blue/green so that tells me there is something that appears to work on that aspect but I truly do not feel anything up to this point. Potency Is Not Consistent!

1st batch was amazing. I am not sure if pee color is potency but I have to take 2 capsules to get the blue color as with the 1st batch I initially purchased. I have taken a capsule where there is barely any color in my pee. I am seriously considering the potency of the product is weak. Is this intentional or the 3rd party testers not doing their job because the last 2 bottles I have purchased are very weak. Please be consistent with your product!

Blue seems to be the new supplement to use. It is basically to help your immune system, the box says it helps with fatigue but also comes with a little card that tells you that while this is working it can cause some bad reactions which may be normal. The price of this product seems similar to other supplements of this kind. You get 60 capsules in the bottle and should take 1 per serving, but are to take 1 to 2 capsules per day. Blue urine can be common. This product does not have a mfg date or expiration date anywhere. It is made in the USA.

Giving this a try

So far so good. It did help with clarity and focus. As some have said it's not something that hits you like a caffeine high, then again I've only taken one capsule in the morning. Paired with coffee I can safely say I was mentally focused and not tired at all. The urine was bluish green. I did not have any headaches but I did drink water throughout the day.

Worth every penny

I started taking methylene blue about 2 months ago and I cannot even begin to tell you how much it has positively affected my life. But the two biggest and most noticeable changes are a balanced metabolism and more energy late in the afternoon. Initially I bought liquid methylene blue but dealing with the blue dye and not to mention the fact that it isn't the best taste ever, I decided to go this route and so far the only disadvantage to these pills is a mildly bad flavored burps after they have begun to dissolve in your stomach. Which I can certainly live with. I was skeptical at first because unlike the liquid methylene blue, these pills are as brown as cardboard and I was skeptical but having taken a capsule apart to see for myself, it instantly turned into blue dye when mixed with water and now I have a certainty that this is in fact what I needed. By the 20th day, I saw results that were unbelievable and I stand behind this supplement 100%. It is worth whatever money they want to charge for it I assure you. But don't do like I did and accidentally run out because I noticed almost immediately that my body was going back to how it felt before I had started taking it because it lapsed. I won't make that mistake again and let myself run out.

Just started with this product and I’m already thinking it does not have the dosage it claims. My urine doesn’t look at all blue which I believe it would if this product had the 12mg. it claims. Wish I had read all the comments like I usually do . I was warned on a You Tube video that many of these products do not contain their listed amount. So now I’m stuck with 35.00 worth of what? I could just kick myself. I’ve been duped !

Takes the pain out of using methylene blue.

Perfect dose (12 mg) for me. The combination in a capsule of methylene blue and ascorbic acid removes any concern of staining. Expect the methylene blue to turn your urine green when you reach the right level of saturation. Obviously, you have to decide if methylene blue is right for you, but I have been pleased with the effects.

I'm 61 and a "longevity/wellness" adherent. Keep a healthy diet, active fitness schedule and take about 3 dozen pills and powders daily; all of which I read the NIH/PubMed research on and understand well before taking. I'm careful to only purchase supplements/vitamins that are manufactured in CGMP facilities and have independent 3rd party testing for quality. I had been seeing influencers and a little research on Methyline Blue so just decided to buy a bottle of this and give it a shot. I've been taking this daily, one pill, for a little over 2 weeks - and wow. It took me 2-3 days before I started thinking to myself, "Wow, I'm feeling a noticeable increase in energy and cognition." To be honest, wasn't sure if it was just a placebo effect or attributable to the MB. But then the amount of weight I'm pushing for various exercise in the gym all started going up. That's notable, because I've been lifting for decades and have been at kind of a plateau for the past year. I chalked it up to age and sarcopenia and just kind of accepted that plateau as a limitation of being 60+. But now the weights are going up, I've been learning a bunch of new AI tools and programming and feel my cognition is just absorbing it all with ease. MB improved mental clarity

Seems to improve my mental clarity when I use the MB capsules. I seem to multi task much easier and can focus to complete tasks with less effort needed. I take it 5 days a week and take 2 days off. I have improved sleeping patterns after a week of use. I’ll continue to use the MB capsules. It’s a great convenience over mixing liquid and staining the counter, class, and anything else that may become wet with the MB liquid. To your improved health.

Makes taking Methylene Blue much easier

I was hoping that someone would make a MB capsule to make taking it as a supplement easier. This fits the bill perfectly. No more blue stains on the sink, my hands, or my tongue.Just as a note, you might want to start with the liquid, just so you can take a very low dose initially to see if you tolerate it. In all likelihood, you won't have any bad reaction to it, but might as well take it carefully until you know. Once you are up to 20 drops of 1% solution per day, you can switch over and enjoy the convenience of taking capsules.

Mental clarity and focus!

Wow! Look no further. After trying a liquid form of Methylene Blue, I opted to try this capsule form. This is, by far, superior to the drops I tried. My husband and I take one capsule first thing in the morning with a tall glass of water, with a pinch of Celtic salt for the minerals and better hydration. We agree that we feel a really good boost of mental clarity and energy by late morning. We are remembering things long forgotten and can focus so much better. I highly recommend Blue Boost.

Easiest way to take Methylene Blue

There’s so much info out there but much of what I found suggests that a minimum effective dose for Methylene Blue is .5mg per kilogram of bodyweight. The liquid droppers are about .25mg per drop so you have to drink a lot of it and it can taste pretty nasty in addition to making your tongue (and anything else it touches) blue. These capsules have 12mg each so you can cleanly swallow many milligrams without the bad taste and staining. With the liquid I figured out I was only taking less than 10mg at a time and didn’t feel much. Two capsules (24mg) and I can feel it in my workouts. I suck at math so I can’t compare the price of the liquids vs the capsules but the convenience alone is worth it to me. I can keep capsules on me while I’m out and about rather than having to carry a bottle and should that bottle ever leak then you’ve probably ruined your clothes or bag.

The Real Blue Stuff - Don't be fooled

THIS works. There are other prods on here that DO NOT. You will know by the color of your excretions, which should be blue. Don't buy any other brand. Silly mistake I made. Focus:Meth Blue is supposed to potentiate all kinds of neural functions. I feel energized taking this. Ease of use:If you've ever bought vials of powder... way too messy. Capsules are great and don't stain teeth tongue and lips like the powder.

Big confidence boost

Effectiveness:I don't normally write supplement reviews but will for this because I can't deny its effectiveness. I can't remember where/when I heard about methylene blue but this was the first product I tried. At first, I didn't know if it was working. Then one week, there was no doubt. Pretty noticeable cognitive shift when taking this. It seems to balance my nerves and allows me to think more clearly, and with that comes confidence, and from there it's a snowball effect. I used to take beta blockers before a big presentation but now I'm considering just taking this as it honestly helps me just as much.  Disclaimer: be aware that for me there is a significant exhausted feeling I get around 5pm after work if I take this is the morning. Also I have gotten pretty dizzy a few times on the walk home from work and had to sit down. Might be better to take half.

Big advocate

Let's just say I'm in management role but have big ambitions for rapid advancement. I started MB liquid form in late September of 2024 and have used mid to upper limits of the dosing threshold for my weight and purpose for use since. I've got a days worth left from my first bottle (started Monday, today's Friday) but I just made an overnight delivery order before this review because this stuff is interesting.. The liquid upset my stomach (and throat sometimes) much more than these capsules. The thing with MB is it has my mind running 150mph. But in a controlled way, like I'm driving very fast but I have total control over my brain. Truly. My experience with MB has been nothing short of a miracle. The amount of physical and mental sharpness I have has signicantly increased and I almost feel as if the longer I've been dosing, the more it continues to gradually. I struggle with attention problems and this has by my account has SIGNIFICANTLY improved my short term memory recall. I can remember things in color and vivid detail unlike ever before MB. These capsules make it much more convenient for through out the day dosing without the risk of messes and potent blue stains on your fingers before a management meeting at work (real story lol). This brand and formula rocks, and MB in general. ❤️

I'm happy to report this is nothing like an energy drink, there are no harmful chemicals, and the result, while subtitle, is a definitive increase in energy and focus.I purchased this along with another supplement "Blue Boost".I waited a couple days after starting to be certain, however, one capsule of each in the morning will deliver a full day of results.I will continue to use this product, however I will try other iterations to determine which best suits my needs.I was already taking daily mushroom extracts, but will end those as this is much more effective.

I like that they use third party labs to test their products. This is a really good way to try methylene blue.

I like the ingredients in this Blue Remove supplement to support cellular health. Some I have heard of and others new to me. I like that the goal is to support mitochondrial health. At first, I was hesitant because of the recommended 6 capsules per serving. However, it was recommended to take it for 5 days for twice a month. I can handle that. The supplement is clean without fillers. I am still in the early stage to report back on results. However, I have notices an improvement on my energy.

I've had great experiences with every single one of the ingredients in this supplement separately, so I am excited to take them all together to get the synergistic effect.You could dig around on the internet to try to debunk just about anything, including things that work. So weigh all the studies for yourself.I did check for drug interactions and I am happy I can take this, because it's full of useful ingredients. That said, 8mg of methylene blue, which is what you would get if you take a full dose of 6 of these pills, is considered a pretty low dose, which should offer mild positive effects and probably won't hurt. But I would still check for drug interactions to be on the safe side if you are on other medications.

Methylene Blue capsules

The bottle came double safety sealed. The easy to swallow capsules are way less messy than liquids. They have no bad taste or smell. They contain vitamin C which is supposed to mitigate the blue urine but in my case it has not. These are rather low dose but I am ok with that because higher doses can cause a herxing effect so one capsule a day is perfect for me.

Headaches

I've been using this for only a short time. I do feel that maybe it gives me a bit of energy. The bad part is the insane headaches it gives me. I and reviewing this as I'm in bed again in the afternoon with a headache. Urine took a bit to give off more of a light greenish color rather than blue. Still need more time to decide if they are worth taking.

Gets you off your ass!

Helped me finally finish a few things I was procrastinating on. I like these capsules best--just easier & less messy than liquid. Been a regular fixture for several months now & I'm glad I found it! I go on and off, something like two on, one off -- It's worthwhile to test out different doses. Good also to have on hand in the personal apothecary for as antimicrobial/antitoxic.

Affects not immediate

I only take 1 per day, skip a few days here and there, my pee is definitely a pretty bluish green, haha, but about 3 weeks after taking these I just realized that I have sustained energy and no real afternoon slump. Not a caffeine drinker, only take magnesium and vitamin D, so happy to keep this in my routine.

Great supplement! But hard on some tummies.

I LOVE this supplement! Unfortunately, I just can’t take it. I feel like there was a marked improvement in my energy levels and my mood after the first week taking it. Unfortunately, my stomach doesn’t like the mushrooms and it caused severe bloating, gas and near constant belching. I tried to tough it out to see if my body would acclimate, but alas it could not.

I recommend doing research on the ingredients. This comes with a card that warns users to use at their own risk. Expect a possibility of bladder discomfort and discoloration of urine. I wasn't able to notice any beneficial effects after the first week. The recommend dosage is taking 6 capsules daily for 5 days.

It's the real deal, but still blue pee and usnure of potency

After reading some reviews and then seeing these capsules are light brown I thought maybe these a bogus. So I opened a capsule and poured some out in my hand and added a little water. Voila the blue appeared. I washed off easy due to the vitamin C in the capsule. This is a great way to get methylene blue without making the messy and staining liquid that I drink every day. Need more time to know if it works the same. Some googling and researching literature says Vit C can cancel out the benefits.My pee is still blue- green so it is really methylene blue but Vit C was supposed to prevent the color. I also am not having all the effects I had with my liquid version. I wonder how potent this really is.

Not sure if each pill is consistently the same

Inconsistent of what is in each pill. I was taking these daily but my urine sometimes was dark blue sometimes light blue and then today it had no blue. When I went to take another pill tonight I noticed that you can actually see the difference in each pill some have a definite dark blue hue some just a little and some just brown. This makes me wonder how well they are tracking what they’re making and whether or not there is a quality check. Now I wonder if at times if I’m taking to much methylene blue and other days maybe nothing at all. I know my first bottle was constantly blue because my urine was always dark blue was I taking to much and this bottle has barely enough in each pill? It’s crazy

Feel balance & energy

I have stayed healthy and and sleeping wellsince taking the Blue Immune. I have energy and focus during the day and I feel a deeper more regenerative sleep at night. I plan to continue to take this regularly for overall immune support. My body weight is 130 lbs. and 1/day has seemed just right for now.

I believe that I have noticed some increase in my cognizance and memory but I can’t really remember what it was like before the methylene blue. One thing is certain and that is that you’ll have blue pee. Sure a fun switch of color after 37 years of clear or yellow. Makes going #1 great again.

Big 5 stars from someone that has tried all Nitric Oxide Deer Antler Velvet. Methylene Blue is the real deal I took my first dose this morning and I turned into Mr. Cleen couldn't stop cleaning and working out its really powerful so much so I won't take near bedtime only first thing in morning.

I've known of methyene blue as a stainer for certain bavteria to see them better umdrr microscope. I've only recently learned of this as a health supplement.I'm still learning of this as a healthy health remedy. Benefits may take months to realize

If the color change of the urine signifies this is working, then it's working, the suggested dose is 1 to 3 pills per day, I've only been taking one and my urine is light blue. Actual benefits may take months to be noticeable. I may also up the dose in the future.

Hyper Focused

This is definitely the real deal. The effects are pronounced and blue urine is a sure sign it's Methylene Blue. This particular brand induced hyper focus for me. It almost makes it seem like time slows down when I take it. The only downside is that I get a hangover type of headache the next morning. I would use again for certain circumstances. Good.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I’ve tried the liquid methylene blue before and while it worked, I wasn’t too happy about the mess. All over the counters, stained my cups. SSRI warning

I took this for just a few days and it made my tinnitus worse so I stopped taking it then I crashed, my body and mind, turns out this is a natural SSRI, I can't take them, they make my tinnitus worse like I said and when you stop suddenly taking an SSRI it's not pleasant, it's not well known that this is a natural SSRI, most of the info out there doesn't even mention it, but it should because if you're already taking an SSRI and then you take more you risk getting serotonin syndrome like I said is not pleasant. Disappointing as I love the idea of this, I just wish it didn't mess with serotonin, and gave it four out of five stars because it's just not for me.

Inconsistent Product

As someone that used to stain their counters and teeth with the dye, getting methylene blue in a capsule is a god-send. Methylene blue itself has also been a god-send for me. I had to reduce my review to 2 stars though because as someone else mentioned in a recent review, I don't believe there's really 12mg of methylene blue in each capsule. The thing about methylene blue is you can tell if you're getting a heavy dose because of how you feel but you'll also get a clear visual byproduct everytime you do a number 1 in the bathroom. I don't feel consistency in the dosing and I don't see consistency in the color of the byproduct (sometimes very blue, other days nothing at all), that tells me you can't trust the dosing of this product.

Adding vit c turns MB clear if dissolved in water and does not mean reduced strength

I haven’t purchased this product yet but I’ve read reviews stating the strength isn’t as advertised because when displaced in water it’s not very blue. This is because vitamin c is added to the product. Vit C turns MB clear and is supposed to enhance absorption. This is clearly stated in product description and has nothing to do with strength. I have to give a star rating to submit review. Minus one star for price.

This may have not worked for me but def can for someone else**I really wanted to like this supplement after researching the benefits of methylene blue and the added bonus of adaptogenic mushrooms, but after taking it for 2 weeks all I’ve had is stomach discomfort and diarrhea. Very nice

I've been looking into different supplements lately, and this one caught my eye because it mentioned things like supporting immune health and general well-being. It also has some interesting ingredients added, like trace minerals, grass-fed beef liver, and magnesium bisglycinate, which I've read can be good for you.It comes in a bottle with 60 capsules. I've only just started taking them, so it's too early to say for sure about any big changes. But I'm hoping it will give me a bit more vitality and just generally help me feel good. Lower dose of methylene blue

This bottle of methylene blue capsules from Nutricel Supplements contains sixty capsules, the suggested dose is one capsule so the bottle has sixty doses in it. The capsules are easy to swallow and I don't get blue teeth and a blue tongue from taking them. This does have added vitamin C, copper, vitamin A from grass fed beef liver, magnesium and NAC in it. This is a lower dose of methylene blue with only six mg. So far I have had no adverse reactions or stomach upset from taking this supplement as directed.

Do research but great product in USA

This product is a worthy buy as long as you do research the ingredients invovled in this. I think its a pretty great due to the fact the ingredients are what they are.Though it seemed from my research the dosage in this seems a bit high, I'm not sure if I will ever manage to get to that dosage level.Love that its made in the USA! I think it does make a difference being in a glass bottle.Also love their highly researched & proven ingredients the clinoptilolite zeolite!This will definitely make a difference in how one feels but surely results vary with supplements.

Part one of a three step process to add the "Blue" to you.

I have flirted with the idea of starting this supplement for almost a year when I saw this one. It looks like a soundly researched combination of things. Some of which I have never heard of before. The only complaint I thought I had, unrelated to quality, is quantity. Using 6 a day makes this only a 10 day supply which is not really enough time to see results.If you look closer, this is a first phase of what the maker wants you to do. The 10-day part is a "cleanse" (hence the combination of add ons) then they say to follow two more phases to rejuvenate and maintain. Each requires it's own bottle. So, if you are not prepared to walk out all three steps this is not the way to see if adding the BLUE to your diet will help. If you are willing, prepare to buy at least the first two versions (this + another) to get to the part where you can start deciding if you want to continue. I can't say if this is the best way, or a way to get deeper into your pocket. Kind of like the old days when creatine makers would tell you to "load phase."

This supplement works good!

A couple of issues, this supplement is priced kind of high. Expect blue urine at times due to what is in this supplement. You also need to take six caplets daily. That being said I picked this up for my wife and she seems to be liking how well this works for her. The example she gave me was her running has improved over the last few weeks, and she's liking the effects. My wife basically said so far taking this supplement it feels likes she's got super powers on the days she takes this one. Only thing she recommends is drink more water while taking this. Too Many Capsules to Swallow With Too Little Effect

This supplement named "Blue Remove" comes in a bottle of 60 capsules which are coated and easy to swallow individually. The label spotlights three of the primary ingredients which include Zeolite, Nattokinase, and Turmeric. The dosage is not very typical. The recommended dosage is 6 capsules each morning for a period of 5 days and then, a second round within the month. Personally, I believe that 6 capsules of the same supplement are a lot of pills to swallow, literally and figuratively, at one setting. I already take a few other different medications and supplements daily and I find that adding an additional 6 capsules is quite burdensome. I try to take each of my pills (total of 10 including this product) with between one-half to a full glass of water. It is a struggle in terms of time and effort to drink 5-10 glasses of water within just a few minutes and I am left feeling uncomfortable and sluggish for a couple of hours after.I finished the bottle of "Blue Remove" according to the recommended two separate dosage periods in a month. I did not experience any noticeable effects from the addition of this supplement. In fairness, I have only taken one bottle and perhaps with continued use I would see/feel some results. Because of the nature of the recommended dosage, however, I do not wish to continue to use this product.On a more positive note, I appreciate the fact that the manufacturer is very forthcoming about this product with regard to warnings, instructions and expectations. The company encourages consumers to check the compatibility of this supplement with other medications and even gives the name of a website that provides important product information. The written instructions on the bottle also urge consumers to consult with a physician about this supplement if taking any other medication and/or if experiencing any adverse side effect.

The proof is in your toilet bowl!

I had subscribed to the product by started noticing decreased color in my urine. The most recent bottle that I opened had caps that looked white with no real blue flecks like I had observed in the past. I have had prescription 10mg caps compounded by a mail order pharm, and I know that my urine was not “blue enough” to meet the same standard. ( I also had the blood work done by my doc to ensure I can digest MB.) I always took two caps of this product at a time realizing that even the initial product was not strong enough. Buyer beware makes sense with so many supplements that are unregulated.

What the heck happened?!

I should have listened to other reviewers with negative reviews here. I am not sure what the 5 star ratings are all about. I took one pill, once a day last week for 2 days. No side effects of negative things to report. I took one pill this week on a Tuesday and it TOOK. ME. OUT. I ate some pickled jalapenos with my lunch (nothing unusual) and home made chicken meatballs with a side of cucumbers, olives and tzatziki sauce. Had some white wine after dinner. I woke up at 1am feeling like acid is burning my esophagus. My stomach felt nauseous but otherwise I was ok. Due to the indigestions I could hardly sleep all night, to the point where at 3am I had to get up and take some tums. This is very unusual in my routine. I even had to take time off work the next day because I felt lethargic, out of breath, nauseous and tired. Also, my lower back hurt. Thursday rolls around and I feel fine but what happened for that 24 hour period could only be attributed to the new change in my life, which was this capsule. I ended up throwing them all away. I am not sure why I had such an adverse effect too, especially since the week prior I was fine. Not worth my health.

Terrible neurological effects.

I took one pill and this product made me so lethargic and dopey I almost lost my ability to speak. I had a client call me and for two seconds I couldn’t make the first word come out of my mouth. Like my brain mouth connection was lost for a moment. This stuff definitely has a neurological affect on you but not a good one in my case. I have never had anything like that happen before on my life. I felt terrible all day. Stomach upset. Sluggish and fluey and at night I was weirdly itchy. Couldn’t sleep. Urine did turn blue. Be very careful. I’m a very healthy 63 yo and I don’t smoke or do drugs. Never again. If you ask Amazon for a returnless refund they will give it. This was an Amazon’s choice product so I bought it partly for that reason. They need to stop promoting it.

After further research, I found that recommended safe dosages of methylene blue, based on clinical studies in both animals and humans, range from 0.5 to 4 mg per kilogram of body weight. To reach even the minimum effective dose, I would need to take seven capsules per day, meaning this bottle would only last about a week. Something to consider if you’re looking for a cost-effective option.

Good average day dose

I am on my second order of this and it is a good overall daily dose at 7mg MB. I like to keep the daily level at 5 to 10 mg so this is perfect for me. It may work out to be slightly more expensive than some liquid MB, but so much easier and not messy to use. Veally like this product.

Change of Main Ingredient without out notifying consumer!

Purchased this product a month ago so reordered. Observed this time they had decreased the milligrams of Methylene Blue from 15 to 12, thus decreasing MB by 150 MG’s per bottle. Upped Vitamin C and Cocoa. Great product but disappointed the decrease in MB without notation anywhere. Need a product that is consistent and doesn’t sneak variations in without bringing to consumers attention.

Blue Pee

I have been using a high dose of liquid methylene blue for about a year without my pee turning blue. Was told that I was prob not using enough. I started using two of these each day and my pee is finally blue!!! 🥳

As a product it is quality - but it is very dangerous to take...

The bottle arrived last week. Very professionally packaged.The product is everything it states, but it is what it doesn't state that is pretty dangerous.This stuff has no advantage as a supplement whatsoever. It is carcinogenic, can cause health hazards, and no healthy person needs to take this stuff. Only someone under a doctor's supervision should take this stuff.I cannot believe that Amazon would allow this to be sold on its website.Lastly, it took three days for my urine to turn from blue blue to normal color again! When I first peed, within a few hours after taking it, it freaked me out!

Seems quality, didn't do anything for me

I've seen a lot about MB lately. Capsules seemed like a great idea so I could avoid the mouth color. I took this and didn't really feel much to be honest. Felt a little different soon after taking, but I think that was just the cacao. Urine was colored so I'm sure there's MB inside! True to claim it gives energy

I was afraid to try this, as it came with a warning that it could interfere with some medications. I initially thought wow, so this is powerful! I wasn't taking meds but it still scared me. I dove in and tried it. For me, my experience with this supplement is that it's quality. The reason I say this is because it made good on the claim that it gives you energy. I feel more energetic so I know how effective this is on that claim.

Big fan of MB

At 80 I look for nootropic and heath boosts. I get lots of supplements. It's hard to tell if many of them work.MB on the other hand is easy to feel the boost. Even on first time use.I mix with juice like grape and sip with a straw. I get no discoloration or blue dye of my teeth or tongue this way.Recommend new users start on a drop or two, adding daily, until you find your best effect. The stimulus may interfere with sleep if you take later in the day.Recommended.

Worth it even though not cheap

You definitely got to read the directions on this one, good thing I did because you are supposed to take 6 pills per serving everyday but only for five days. This supplement contains many good ingredients: Nattokinase, methylene blue, NAC, activated Zeolite Cliniptilolite and more. I was excited to try this supplement for its zeolite ingredient. I have not taken zeolites but I'm sure they work for removing heavy metals. It stands to reason if it can remove heavy metals from your system it can also take out benefical metals like calcium and iron just to keep in mind. I'm one to think the body would use the zeolites where they are needed because your system should be aware if there's an overabundance of aluminum or mercury and should direct the zeolytes to thee excess metals. It probably (and maybe more importantly) can clean out micro plastics from your system. I like to pair it up with cilantro in my diet. The black pepper extract I think is merely a trendy ingredient because we've been eating salt and pepper on our food for centuries in the Western Hemisphere so all of the black pepper extract present in so many supplements is overkill for me. I don't think an excess of black pepper is bad but I do question the healthiness of processed black pepper extract. The amount present is low however. The pills seem high quality and they come in a nice brown glass bottle. I was confused at first what "Blue Remove" even meant but it ended up being a good thing as I read they entire bottle to figure it out. They are on the expensive side for supplements but the upside is you're not supposed to take these for an entire year or anything even close to that much. You only take them five days at a time and not more than several times. One or two bottles is probably enough for 6-12 months at the least. The effects for me were really positive. A little after a five day course I slept the best sleep I've ever had and feel a lot clearer mentally. 6 pills is a lot but they go down pretty easy and you only have to endure it for five days. So overall they are a five star supplement and are worth the money.

this has helped me tremendously with energy and mental clarity. I am older and have energy as if I was 20 well maybe 40.

No difference after a week.

I've been using the max dose of this for over a week now. Aside from the blue pee, I have seen no noticeable difference in any part of my physical being. I am not already a fit and healthy guy with lots of energy. I was really hoping to get more energy from this.

Green pee

It does exactly what you expect it to do. Strong enough. Can't say that I can tell the effects very well, but I am on other medications that kind of have an overlap with the effects of this. But I do think that I notice better mood, better attentiveness, and better overall feeling when I'm on it than when I'm off.

Methylene blue is an interesting supplement and absolutely requires research before taking it, unlike many other supplements out there. You must research interactions (i believe it is an MAOI) as well as benefits.That said, it seemed to be good quality, although a bit low on dosage compared to some. It was sealed well for protection with inner and outer seals. It has additional ingredients that also provide their own and synergistic potential benefits.Made in the USA!!

Needed Boost!

I've been taking this product for a few weeks now. I think this has been the boost I've needed! I've been drinking an energry drink every day in the afternoon to help me in the slump, but I've since ditched the drink. If you need an energy boost, definitely worth giving this a shot!

Makes me feel very strange and not good.

I went with this brand for the capsules. I think that was a mistake given that it has additional ingredients. About an hour after taking, I noticed I was having a strange reaction to it. My head started having pressure and my eyes felt puffy as if I had a bad sinus infection. I also started having muscle tightness in my neck. I wasn't sure if it was the Blue Boost, so I took it again the next day, same reaction. Lasts about 5 to 6 hours. So on the third day I even tried opening the capsules and taking only half with water. Same reaction. I belive this could be a great thing if it could be trusted. But to be honest, I almost feel like it is poisoning me in some way. I have contacted Vitarunner as per the little card they include to get a refund since it is not possible through Amazon. I will update once I here back from them. as they state they can issue a full refund if unsatisfied.UPDATE: Vitarunner was prompt in their response to my concerns. Apparently there is something that happens sometimes called "Die-off" Basically it is when you have an excess of bacteria, fungal or parasite and the endotoxins they release when dieing can cause some unpleasant reactions. I was given a refund without question and I am grateful to them for being so understanding. I've increased my recycle to 3 stars for their customer support.

Cannot use this with psoriatic arthritis

I take one of these babies and have back pain for a week. I have psoriatic arthritis which I keep in remission via collagen supplements, something about this stuff makes my back hurt bad. I’ve tried it several times and each time one dose and I’m in pain for several days. I really wanted to see if it helped my symptoms or if the side effect was temporary but can’t get past the first dose because I’m afraid it’s taking me out of remission. I don’t know if it’s actually activating my psoriatic arthritis or if it’s due to something else. My son suggested it may be liver related (I have a fatty liver). But for whatever reason the back pain makes me unable to take it 😕.

I am over 50 and had lost almost all my muscle mass

What I have noticed about this product is that I no longer have the old man bruises on my arms.I am not that old but at 58 years old I almost always had bruises on both arms and usually I wouldn't even know how I got them but with Blue Boost the bruising is gone.I have noticed that it seems to be helping with my workouts also.Expecially with my endurance on the stationary bike.

No more blue mouth and tongue!

I am started taking these instead of the liquid Methylene Blue. So much easier and less messy. The Methylene Blue gives me a little energy that I really need at my age. I only take one each morning and it gives me a little energy”oomf” to get things done. I’m grateful I found it in capsules as I doubt I would have kept up with the liquid.

It's honestly helping!

This is seriously helping my memory and focus. I hardly ever forget why I went to a room anymore - seriously. I'm better at following conversations and remembering what I might like to add while waiting for the appropriate time. I'm impressed with the effectiveness and feel it's a good value. The hardest thing about taking it is remembering to do so! The capsule is smaller and easy to take.

They are easier than the drips, but I’m going to try the drops. They do turn urine blue, I sleep better and am more focused after 3 weeks. I’m going to continue to use the blue.

I changed from 6 days per week to only 3. Works well for me. No bad side effects, but blue pee. I seem to be more alert. Is this maybe helping with that WiFi brain fog we all seem to have?

Maybe it will work for may of you. For me its been like drinking a glass of water, it does nothing at all. A little funky, but otherwise effective.

I got this to try mainly because of the beef liver it contains. Organ meat is so good for you, but I don't love eating it. I thought this would be a good way to give it a try, plus the a boost from the other ingredients as well. The capsules are not huge, so they are pretty easy to swallow. The only thing I didn't love about them is the smell/taste. It definitely has a funky, gamey smell to it. I found that it's manageable though if I take it with a hot, flavored coffee in the morning. Just hold my breath, swallow and chug coffee to rinse my mouth of the taste. If you think you wouldn't mind the smell/taste I would recommend you to try these caps.

I really loved these, as well as all the awesome other components these contain!! 0 egative effects, I could take even 2 on an empty stomach with no issues. No mess, no blue teeth or tongue, only in urine, which is to be expected. High-quality product, I finished the bottle and highly recommend!!

Better than the liquid imo

I greatly prefer this over the liquid. The liquid leaves a horrible aftertaste. These pills are a lot easier. I know it's actually working because I urinate slightly blue (as I did with the liquid dose). It's hard to tell the effect since I'm taking these as well as some other nootropics. However overall I have been able to think clearer throughout the day.

This may work for some folks and I don’t dispute that at all. However, first, it messed up my vision (shaky and unable to focus especially at distance) it also made my jaw ache, my back of my head and neck ache and made me generally feel like I had numerous POTS of coffee. I have had a bad taste in my mouth all day and have been generally unable to focus, extremely anxious, irritable and miserable! Please make it stop😶. I only took one capsule.

I so wanted this to work but I have had the opposite reaction to all of the claims. Every time I took a pill it gave a terrible stomach ache. It made me feel sick to my stomach. It's supposed to be an anti depressant but it made me feel depressed and lethargic. I just wrapped myself in a blanket and laid on the couch all day! I am not normally like that. It even gave me body aches like I had the flu. It's supposed to help with sleep but it sent my pulse rate through the roof and I couldn't sleep! Oh well everyone is so different. This stuff is awful. I threw it in the trash.

Good supplement

This supplement includes Micronized Zeolite, Nattokinase (Non-GMO), Turmeric, Bromelain, and NAC as well as Methylene Blue. Some of ingredients I used before but Methylene Blue is nw for me. This capsules are easy to swallow and no aftertaste, but it's difficult for me to take 6 capsules as I take other supplements too. This supplement looks like a very good quality, made in USA.

This is step one in this company's m blue protocol. A 10 day, 6 capsule a day detox and intro to m blue basically. It's a supplement you start low with. They have two more steps and also sell those products. I like that this is not the liquid form you usually find and have to drink.

The first day I took this it turned my pee blue! So I had an idea, the next day I took a strong B-complex vitamin with it and just as I suspected, it turned my pee green! (Blue and yellow make green!) Overall I was very satisfied with this product!

Seems to give me energy. Not sure if it is just placebo effect or the real deal. It does seem to give me mental clarity. Worth the try and the reviews are good, so I think this is a supplement I will stick with.

Lower dose and higher cost

This is a low dose methylene blue, containing 6mg compared to 10mg/dose in most other methylene products. It is also a capsule, which is said to have lower and slower absorption than the liquid counterpart. It's also quite expensive, but I'm failing to see what the advantage of this product is, if any.

It's worth it

This product is pretty good. I noticed improved mental clarity and I felt motivated. The cheaper gold label one sold here that Amazon won't let me even comment is a waste. I will be buying this one again.

Trial and Error ~

No doubt this is a good product from a vetted vendor. That said, I tried it to replace liquid methylene blue which was bothering my stomach by using these capsules. Regrettably, the capsules versus the liquid are doing the same and I had to discontinue taking them. It's a matter of sensitivity and every buyer will have to try and see though this is a little pricey for a trial. Maybe the vendor should offer a trial size.

Received 47 capsules, not 50

I just received the bottle and decided to count the capsules because they looked very large to fit in such a small bottle. My husband has been using MB for several months now, and this seemed like a much easier way to take MB. But now I’m not sure what else they’re lying about on their label.

The product works well- I have no complaints with the product. I have issues with paying for 50 capsules and continually getting 48 or 49 capsules in the jar. I have not found a link to Vitarunner. So far I have been short on more than 50 percent of the bottles we have purchased.

it came fast and in perfect shape. i took 3 but i'm ok so saw no difference. AND I DRINK A LOT OF WATER.My husband took 2 but doesn't drink much and wears catheter. That powder plugged it so he needed emergency change. It needs to be in liquid form for him....

Seems to be pretty good. I haven’t noticed any obvious improvement, but I’m only taking 3 capsules daily vs. the recommended 6 due to other health issues, so it may just take time.So far the pills have been easy to take and I haven’t experienced any negative side effects.

This is great product and it has no side effect other than bluish urine, which can be easily fixed with vitamin C taken at the same time. The product has a strong smell but this is how it should smell due to NAC ingredient. Also company provides great customer service! Will order again!

This is a response to some reviews questioning amount of methylene blue due to color. I take MB capsules but started out with drops. When I learned vitamin C augments MB, I added Vitamin C to the water with drops. When mixed, Vitamin C renders the inky blue water colorless. These capsules have Vitamin C added.

Horrible Results! Caution before trying!

Took one pill mid morning the day after receiving and ended up with a three day migraine. Thought that it was poor timing and the pill was not the issue so I took another and ended up with the same result. I'm sure there are different results for different customers, but if a potential outcome is a migraine that completely incapacitates you then I will never recommend this product.

This has turned out to be a much better option than the liquid drops or the stuff that goes between your gums and cheek. No more blue tongue just blue pee.

I give all supplements a 3 star rating unless they're absolutely awful or offer a mind-altering experience. These came with a plastic safety guard covering the cap and a foil guard under the cap. They're a capsule approximately 16mm long with no taste.

BECAREFUL! I had terrible side effects including dizziness, confusion, nausea... It was bad enough for me to go to the doctor... blood and protein in urine. My husband took it with no issues but did not see/feel any positive effects.

I really like that it doesn't stain your teeth like the drops do; however, it doesn't seem nearly as strong. I think the drops are more potent, but I think I prefer not having blue teeth.
