Authentic Nutricel
Authentic Nutricel: How to Verify Your Methylene Blue
Nutricel is a US-based, third-party lab-tested methylene blue brand. Because our products are widely copied, this page shows you how to confirm you have the real thing and what to do if you receive a package you did not order.
Where authentic Nutricel is sold
Buy only from these authorized channels. Anywhere else is not us:
- nutricel.store
- Our official Amazon store
- Our Walmart storefront
- Etsy: NutricelSupplements
- Our Shop.app store
How to spot a counterfeit
1. The water test
Real methylene blue is intensely blue and dyes water deep blue the instant it touches it. Many fakes are white or brown powder that does not turn water blue - a sign there is little or no real methylene blue inside.
2. Look for real, published lab results
Authentic brands publish actual third-party Certificate of Analysis PDFs, like ours at the certs page. Counterfeiters often show a lab "logo" or an AI-generated results image, but no real, downloadable document. If you cannot open an actual COA, be skeptical.
3. Confirm the seller
Cross-check the seller against the authorized list above. Counterfeits almost always come from an unfamiliar third-party storefront.
Received a Nutricel package you did not order?
That is a third-party brushing scam, not something we do - Nutricel does not send unsolicited packages. Brushing is when a seller ships unrequested items to real addresses to post fake "verified purchase" reviews. Here is what to do:
- Check your order history to confirm your account was not used.
- You may legally keep unordered merchandise, but we recommend not consuming any supplement you cannot trace to an authorized seller.
- Report the seller to the marketplace so they can investigate.
- Email us at info@nutricel.store with the seller name - it directly helps us shut counterfeiters down.
Our third-party lab testing
We publish the real documents, not a badge. Current finished-product testing:
- Blue Boost and Blue Remove: methylene blue potency by titration, plus heavy metals and microbials.
- Blue Shroom: methylene blue content, heavy metals, and microbials.
- All COA PDFs are published and dated at nutricel.store/pages/certs, each showing the batch it was run on.
Our raw methylene blue is USP-grade - it meets the USP monograph for identity, purity, and contaminants, and tested at 99.4 percent purity. ("USP-grade" means monograph compliance, not a USP certification or endorsement. The manufacturer attestation is available on request.)
Frequently asked questions
Is Nutricel a scam?
No. Nutricel is a trademarked US brand with published third-party COAs and NSF GMP-verified manufacturing. The scam warnings online generally refer to unauthorized sellers using our name or to unsolicited "brushing" packages we did not send. Verify authenticity using the steps above.
Why do some Reddit posts warn about Nutricel?
Most negative posts trace to two things: counterfeit or unauthorized sellers copying our brand, and the general problem of fake methylene blue capsules across the whole category. Authentic, lab-tested Nutricel is the solution to that problem, not the cause. Use the water test and buy from an authorized seller to confirm what you have.
How can I confirm my Nutricel is authentic?
Buy from an authorized seller, run the water test above, and check that the brand publishes real third-party COAs (ours are at our certs page). If you are still unsure, email us at info@nutricel.store and we will help you confirm.
