Boost for your mind
For me it's like drinking 3 to 4 cups of coffee in one pill. Mental agility and clearness is for sure. A day without taking it is a trip back to sucky town

Tried another expensive brand and this seems to be 100% legit. Prefer this capsules over the liquid.I slowly built up my dose amount with the liquid MB then based on my unique individual physiology..I've found 2 capsules upon rising was an adequate dose for meStart off slow with liquid MB

Quality issues
I have used their products before. Something is off . My urine turns blue but no effects, no energy. I think the cacao is a useless ingredient and masks the effect. Also very possible they are reducing the amount of the mb so you use more and buy more. That is my thought. It's definitely not the same product I used a few months ago.
