Data Deletion

This page explains what we keep when you message or comment on Nutricel Supplements on Instagram or Facebook, and how to have it deleted. Our team answers these messages using an internal tool called Membrane. The same tool also handles messages for our sister brand, Verity Health Institute.
What we store
When you message us or comment on one of our posts, we store:
- Your Instagram or Facebook name or username
- Your page-scoped user ID from Meta
- The messages and comments you send us, and our replies
- Images or other attachments you send us
- Any code or link we sent you in a reply
We do not use this data for advertising and we do not sell it.
How to ask us to delete your data
Email info@nutricel.store with the subject line "Delete my data". Include your Instagram username or Facebook name, and which account you messaged (Nutricel or Verity).
We will delete the conversation and the profile info we stored within 30 days, and we will email you back when it is done.
Other things you can do
You can delete the conversation on your side in Instagram or Messenger at any time. If you connected our app to your Facebook account, you can also remove its access in Facebook Settings, under Apps and Websites.
